- Early Check In – Late Check Out Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and applicable charges.
- Pet Policy No pets will be allowed in the hotel premises.
- Occupancy Policy A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child can be accommodated in a double occupancy room.
- Policy in case of missing reservation The hotel will provide alternative accommodation of the same category at no extra cost in the event that the customer has a reservation and the hotel is overbooked or has missed the reservation.

Cancellation Policy If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before check-in, the guest will be refunded the entire payment (*not applicable on promotional offers) If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before check-in, the guest will be charged 1 night retention fee. (i.e. , the full day’s rate) If the booking is a non-refundable booking, the guest will be charged 100% retention fee.
